Data Center Project Engineer
We are seeking three experienced Data Center Project Engineers to lead the delivery of data center infrastructure projects across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of data center infrastructure projects across the EMEA region.
* Oversee all aspects of program management, including planning, milestones, deliverables, data collection, analysis, risk management, status tracking, and reporting.
* Ensure effective execution and delivery of programs, with close monitoring throughout the implementation phase.
* Communicate program plans, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and resolve cross-functional challenges and project roadblocks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related fields.
* Solid understanding of HVAC, power supply systems, and other technical infrastructure solutions, with a focus on delivery standards.
* Experience with large-scale data center delivery projects.
* Proficiency in English is required.
* Mid/Senior level of experience working in similar positions, including involvement in data center delivery projects or other similar projects.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Highly responsible, with proven experience in coordinating multiple teams and ensuring timely project delivery.
Preferable Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of data center power systems and HVAC operating principles, as well as industry best practices.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant technical design software.
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Electrical Engineer, HVAC Engineer).
* Familiarity with data center industry standards and regulatory compliance.
* Exceptional supplier management and negotiation skills.
About the Role:
The interview process consists of 2 onsite interviews, 1 with the HR and 1 with the hiring manager from the team. A valid full-time right to work in Ireland is required for this position.
