Noesis is looking for a Quality Tester with experience in retail systems to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, performance, and user experience of our retail applications, including POS systems, Loyalty, App and inventory management solutions. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to detect and resolve software defects, ensuring smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Test Execution & Defect Management – Design, execute, and document test cases, logging defects in JIRA and working closely with developers to resolve them.
* Retail System Testing – Validate key functionalities such as POS transactions, pricing, promotions, inventory updates, order processing, and payment processing.
* Regression & Functional Testing – Conduct regression and exploratory testing to ensure the stability of new and existing features.
* Azure DevOps Integration – Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases, track execution progress, and report test results.
* Collaboration & Communication – Work with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand business requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Test Reporting & Documentation – Provide clear and concise test reports, documenting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
* 2-3+ years of experience in testing of retail systems (POS, e-commerce, inventory, or CRM platforms).
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
* Experience working with JIRA and Azure DevOps for test and defect management.
* Knowledge of retail business processes, including sales transactions, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment.
* Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* ISTQB certification (or similar) is a plus.
