Key Responsibilities: Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance team Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the management team Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting Advising on long-term business and financial planning Providing commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures Complying with HSE rules and any internal rules in force in the company including the Code of Ethics Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred) Professional accreditation (ACCA/CIMA) Extensive experience in senior financial managerial roles, with a proven track record of success Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management and external stakeholders Ability to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity Experience with MS Excel, Oracle and Sage Financials would be an advantage What We Offer: Work with a global leader on Transportation Projects including: Roads / Rail and Active Travel
