Your Mission:
As an Account Executive, you will connect with new businesses and help them grow using our software solutions. You will use various strategies to engage prospects, including reaching out and following up on inbound leads. By researching potential clients, you will craft personalized outreach plans that resonate with their needs. You will also showcase our software through engaging online demos, clearly explaining its benefits. Your focus will be on supporting small businesses and driving their success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and discover suitable inbound marketing solutions
* Closely track quota level performance and strive for above-quota results
* Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small-sized companies
* Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive new business growth
* Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy with new feature introductions
* Provide feedback on the product and solution to enhance user experience
What We're Looking For:
* 1+ years of sales experience
* Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, as well as English
* Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
* Strong forecasting and pipeline management abilities
* Proven track record of high performance (e.g., over quota, President's Club)
* Clear focus on goals and strong approach to achieving them
