To set Musgrave Retail Partner Ireland up to deliver a winning value proposition, we are embarking on a programme of work to deliver more compelling and profitable promotions through our Real Rewards Member Pricing Loyalty Programme. We have an opportunity for a Member Pricing Operations Manager to manage the Real Rewards Prices Promotions Process and play a key role in evolving the proposition. The key responsibilities of the role are (not limited to): Own the end-to-end Real Rewards Member Prices process. Define the Promotions Policies and Calendar for all Real Rewards Prices offers and manage deadlines through all relevant functions. Work with cross functional teams and business teams to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders, particularly Trading, Supply Chain on availability, Marketing, Loyalty and Sales in ensuring the offer is executed to best in class standards. Investigating and troubleshooting issues, tracking issue lists, implementing appropriate escalation processes and managing relevant issues to resolution and closeout. Support identifying process and technical solutions needed to improve implementation of the offer. The production of written documentation to support findings and processes. Work closely with the Promotions Team through structured meetings and ongoing engagement. Coordination of consumer communications with Marketing. Review and report on all activity and use learnings to improve and shape the future offer, using Acuity views. Attend and present at key forums e.g. Consumer Forum and other relevant Value Forums. Support the long-term Member Prices team in defining the offer strategy, evolving and delivering the offer. The successful candidates will possess the following: The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in a varied office environment, with competent IT and administrative skills Knowledge of Trading Promotional process and internal systems is advantageous eg GOLD, PIP, PASS, Quick Proof, Excel Macros Candidates should have excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to a varied workload.
