We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dublin 2. As a key member of the insurance industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional secretarial support to the director.
About the Role:
* Provide ongoing administrative support to the director, ensuring seamless daily operations.
* High-volume typing and digital dictation services to meet business demands.
* Manage diaries, draft documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
* Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups with customers and clients in a professional manner.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (preferably medical or legal background).
* Excellent typing skills, achieving a minimum of 65 words per minute.
* Professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills.
* Drafting and redrafting documentation experience.
Compensation Package:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €45,000 plus excellent benefits.
