We are seeking a strategic, out-of-the-box thinker who will drive success in developing business within an assigned portfolio of Managed Security Providers (MSPs) and recruiting new MSPs.
You will be responsible for understanding partner business models, motivation, and goals, and joining a joint business planning process to develop mutual performance objectives.
The objective of this role is to actively engage and build strong lasting relationships across all layers of the business, emphasizing the development of MSPs, finding new opportunities in the channel, and highlighting Trend Micro's strategic value.
* Achieve quarterly and annual MSP revenue targets.
* Onboard and enable new MSPs.
* Develop business plans and growth activities with MSP partners and review on a quarterly basis.
* Assess and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
* Establish strong professional relationships with stakeholders within the partner organization to meet performance objectives and expectations.
* Continuously promote Trend Micro's products and services to partners.
* Effectively convey the requirements, expectations, and benefits of the Trend Micro Partner Program to MSPs.

What We're Looking For:
* A strong understanding of the channel and MSP ecosystem and a successful record of working in it.
* Ideally coming from a security background, as this role requires knowledge and expertise in this area.
* Strong presentation skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
* A strong background in selling software to MSPs.
* The ability to effectively present new technology and convey how MSPs will benefit from using Trend Micro products and solutions.
* Strong dedication to teamwork and to the overall growth and success of Trend Micro.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* A proven track record of meeting performance objectives.
* Collaborated successfully with other functions including Sales Managers, Marketing, Presales, and Technical Support across the organization.
