Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults, escalating to the Head of IT when necessary.
* Manage the Glenveagh Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 application suite.
* Install and configure applications and hardware as required, designing and developing solutions to automate service delivery.
* Build, develop, and maintain comprehensive documentation, diagrams, and written instructions for various systems and services.
* Monitor and maintain systems, printers, mobile devices, and networks across all Glenveagh sites.
* Support the setup and delivery of IT services on new sites as needed.
Requirements:
* Desirable: AD/TCP/IP Network knowledge.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Operating System.
* Fully clean driver's license - required.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to work around issues and be creative with problem-solving.
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
