Job Description
The Service Management Service Engineering team is responsible for designing, building, and managing solutions that support IT Service Management processes and their underpinning technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership for the Service Engineering team.
* Ensure quality criteria are adhered to for all project deliverables.
* Train and mentor junior staff, review colleague's technical deliverables, and provide feedback.
* Contribute to evolving the engineering landscape through new tool and technology adoption.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in an IT role with experience leading small and large teams across various technologies.
* Deep working understanding of data structures, ETL, APIs, and automation from Data Triggers.
* Good working understanding of tools supporting data capture and manipulation (e.g. Java, API (Postman / Swagger), ETL (Pentaho Spoon, R), BMC Remedy Developer, BMC DWPA, etc.).
