We are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretarial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with clients across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and file company annual returns
* Prepare company minutes
* Provide administrative and secretarial support
* Attend and take minutes for General Meetings and Board meetings
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Strong analytical and organizational abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Growth mindset and willingness to learn
