Our client, a well-established consultancy, is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their team in South Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic professional to play a key role in the bid and tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the bid process from initial opportunity identification to submission.
* Coordinating inputs from various teams to ensure high-quality, compliant proposals.
* Preparing and reviewing bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Maintaining bid libraries and supporting continuous improvement in the bidding process.
* Tracking tender opportunities and managing submission deadlines.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a bid coordination or similar role.
* Strong understanding of bid processes, including tender preparation and submission.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience in the construction or related sectors is desirable but not essential.
* Strong bid writing ability is a must.
