Instrumentation Specialist
We have an exciting contract opportunity for an Instrumentation Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in Tipperary, Ireland.
The site supports the entire pharmaceutical small molecule process from Phase III clinical trials to product release and market support. On-site processes include API manufacture, formulation, OSD tableting, packaging, and global logistics & distribution.
This strategically important campus has grown from an API site to a critical stage of the company's drug lifecycle.
About the Project:
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Analytical Laboratory instrumentation in a validated state to support testing activities in accordance with site schedules and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Review instrument calibrations to ensure uptime for all instruments supporting testing activities.
* Provide preventative maintenance services to ensure functionality and calibration services to maintain instruments according to their working specifications.
* Ensure that all instruments are maintained in a validated state through a PM/PV schedule and adhere to this schedule by the Instrument group and contract vendors.
Data Integrity Requirements:
* Be part of a dynamic team responsible for Data Integrity requirements for all computerized and non-computerized systems across all laboratories.
About You:

* Candidates must have a degree in Science (Chemistry, Physics, or related Life Science) and/or relevant experience.
* To maintain accurate records in compliance with GMP expectations.
* To understand and internalize procedures relevant to GMP operations.

Salary:
Please note that the salary is estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
