We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team in our Listowel facility.
You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the equipment used within our plant, working with colleagues from all levels of operations and quality to identify and prioritise equipment issues.
The Maintenance Electrician role is a day role with rostered weekend work.
Our Listowel site consists of 4 factories: Primary Dairy & Whey, Dry Dairy Ingredients & Flavours, Wet Dairy, Retail Spreads.
The Listowel facility processes 500 million litres of milk annually and has a comprehensive product offering consisting of Dairy Proteins, Primary Dairy Ingredients, Dry Dairy Ingredients, Dairy Flavours, and Cheese Solutions products manufactured on-site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide effective technical support to Production in all aspects of machine and equipment maintenance, installation, and modification.
2. Perform detailed maintenance, calibrations, PM's, and troubleshooting.
3. Support maintenance planning and preventative maintenance through completion of planned and emergency work orders, calibrations, PM's, etc.
4. Document maintenance work including upgrades made to existing equipment, preventative maintenance performed, and parts used to ensure appropriate documentation and records of repair history.
5. Support continuous improvement by active participation in repairs, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and system failure investigations.
6. Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures, carrying out all tasks in a safe and controlled manner.
7. Proactively work with peers, production, quality, and support groups to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications and Skills
Electrical Craft Qualification with plant maintenance experience.
