We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a well-established restaurant in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
Our client is renowned for its high-quality cuisine and exceptional customer service. As Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef, ensuring seamless service operations, and managing a talented team of kitchen staff.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years of Sous Chef experience required for this position.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Capacity to manage a busy kitchen and team, working collaboratively and independently.
* Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.
Packages on Offer
* A competitive salary ranging from €45,000 to €55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
