**Senior Quantity Surveyor Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at {company}, a leading player in residential construction.
About the Role:
* Manage all aspects of cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
* Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for residential construction projects.
* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
* Procure materials and subcontractors, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring quality standards are met.
* Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
* Prepare and submit progress reports, valuations, and final accounts.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quantity surveyors within the team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential construction sector.
* In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Membership or eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).

Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are 8:00 - 18:00 on Mondays and Thursdays, and 8:00 - 16:00 on Fridays.
Salary:** €50,000 to €70,000 Per Annum
