Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide senior administration support to the senior management team. This role requires a high level of discretion, organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support including report generation, email management, memo drafting, and communication preparation
* Organize meetings by scheduling and sending reminders
* Manage diaries, including appointments and calendar organization
* Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers
* Coordinate events and liaise with external parties
* Accurately manage and report expenses
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Administration or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to Senior Management
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
