We are seeking an ESG Principal Consultant to lead our service growth in the UK and Ireland, preferably from a consultancy background with experience in winning and delivering projects.

Key Qualifications
An Honours or Masters Degree in sustainability, international business, business administration, accountancy, environmental management, or similar is essential. Professional chartership(s) would be viewed favourably.
Essential Experience
You should have experience in proposal and tender writing, a successful track record of winning and running contracts, and a strong business network. Your expertise in ESG activities should include:
* Application of GRI, TCFD, CSRD, corporate responsibility reports
* Screening/Scoping ESG
* Double materiality assessment
* Auditing
* Bridging the gap between financial and non-financial reporting
* Addressing greenwashing claims
* Data analytics, including visuals (sustainability metrics/dashboards)
* Board advisory services
* ESG Communications including training delivery
This role involves developing the ESG service, providing examples of completed ESG work, and converting opportunities into projects.
You will collaborate with the Sustainability Group Director and enjoy the challenge of finding opportunities, winning work, delivering impactful projects, growing a team, and achieving sales goals.
