Job Purpose:
Utilising your expertise in employment law, you will deliver essential H&S guidance to potential clients across various sectors throughout Ireland. Your role will involve supporting Business Development Managers in presenting our services during sales engagements.
Job Overview:
As part of a team, you will offer legally compliant H&S advice and solutions to potential clients during sales meetings via online video platforms, alongside our Business Development Managers. Your responsibilities will include advising on all aspects of H&S to meet the business needs of prospects, while also highlighting commercial options that may benefit them once they become clients. Additionally, you will provide support to our Sales and Marketing efforts through advice and content assistance via telephone and email.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Participate in sales meetings with our BDMs via video or telephone, offering necessary H&S advice throughout the process.
Provide initial H&S guidance on any ongoing issues prospects may have to showcase the value of our services and expertise.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of H&S best practices and our services.
Foster positive relationships with Business Development Managers and Business Sales Consultants regarding prospective clients.
Accurately log all advice onto the internal system and ensure smooth handover to the Advisory Team.
Review client documentation and provide relevant advice while considering internal terms and conditions.
Deliver internal training and legal updates to uphold the highest standards of compliance.
Undertake any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team.
