* Review and upsell existing customer benefit packages
* Work towards meeting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Set up appointments for the Financial Advisors on your team

The Successful Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are ready to commit to a career as a Financial Advisor.
You must have one year of sales experience and a track record of consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable making calls, listening to clients, building solutions, and working towards KPIs and targets.
Package
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
* Year 1: €60k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission)
* Year 2: €75k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission plus expenses)
* Year 3: €90k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission plus expenses)
* Year 4+ (Senior Financial Planner): €120k
A sign-on bonus applies to candidates with an APA or QFA designation.

Education
An Education bursary of up to €6,000 is available.
This is paid towards qualifying the employee as a Financial Planner (QFA & CFP exams).
Requirements
Please note this role is hybrid-based, with time split between office and home.
Full-time attendance in the office is required for the first 4-5 weeks for training and induction purposes.
