Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations for a large company with multiple operating accounts.
* Ensure accurate VAT reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain an efficient tracking system for fixed assets and development expenditure.
* Manage accounts payable effectively to optimize cash flow.
* Collaborate with the finance team to provide support with month-end group reporting.
* Offer ad-hoc assistance to existing finance team members, enhancing overall departmental efficiency.
* Pursue continuous improvement projects to drive process excellence.
* Engage with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
Candidate Profile
* Possess a third-level accounting qualification, such as a BSc or MSc in Accounting.
* Demonstrate exceptional planning and analytical skills to drive financial decision-making.
* Exhibit advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
* Display effective teamwork capabilities to achieve collective goals.
The compensation package is based on experience, ranging from €25,000 to €35,000 annually. Additionally, benefits such as health care and pension plans are available after completing a probation period.
