Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and the competitive landscape.
* Analyse customer needs to develop targeted growth strategies.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
* Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
* Create proposals and presentations for clients.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Communicate regularly to understand client needs and provide solutions.
Partnership Development:
* Establish strategic partnerships within the traffic and safety industry.
* Collaborate with partners to expand product offerings.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive business development approach.
* Provide input on product development based on market trends.
Person Specification:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in B2B business development.
* Knowledge of traffic management and safety regulations is a plus.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
* Strategic thinker with market analysis skills.
* Ability to travel as needed.
