Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant for our client in West Dublin. This is a demanding but rewarding role that requires a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing busy diaries, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and appointments.
* Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and calls.
* Handles confidential information with discretion & professionalism.
* Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
