Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with client queries or referring to other staff Day to day office management together with general office administration such as filing, photocopying, scanning Diary Management Control and supervision of emails and on line filing systems Maintenance of filing systems and typing client correspondence Performing various other administrative tasks Responsible for processing and updating invoices Maintaining a safe and clean reception area and meeting room.
