Your new employer is a well-established healthcare provider in County Kerry. They are now seeking a HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will deliver and implement a range of HR services, provide advice and guidance on HR issues, and support the organisation in achieving its business objectives. You will work with the HR Management Team and provide guidance to Heads of Departments on HR policy direction and governance. You will also provide HR support and guidance to staff in line with the organisation's HR strategy and contribute to the delivery of client services.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 5+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organisational and time-management skills. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
