Job Title: Principal Salesforce Engineer
We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Salesforce Engineer to join our team of Solution Architects. In this strategic role, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures.
* Mentor Salesforce engineers, establish coding and deployment best practices, and stay updated on Salesforce developments.
* Work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
* Lead solution delivery from planning through deployment, maintaining quality, scope, and timeline.
* Identify optimization opportunities, recommend new Salesforce tools, and drive platform innovation.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Modelling, Security, and APIs (REST and SOAP).
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DevOps tools.
* Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and managing Salesforce orgs with large datasets.
* Experience implementing solutions having Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications in public cloud and on-premises data centres.
Requirements:
* Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce development.
* 4+ years in a lead developer or leadership role. Proven expertise in designing complex Salesforce environments, including Sales and Service Clouds.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
* Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
* Any additional Salesforce Cloud certifications are an advantage.

Salary: Competitive compensation (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum)
