Finance Assistant Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to support our overall finance and supply chain function.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales and purchase ledger, including managing customer orders, invoicing shipments, and executing weekly payment runs to suppliers.
* Post and maintain all banking transactions via online banking.
* Prepare and file VAT returns.
* Manage credit card and expense claims of employees.
* Assist with the end-of-month/year process, including Purchase Order management and coordinating shipments with internal group companies and external partners.
Your Skills:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and high proficiency with MS Office applications.
