Job Description
You will lead our finance department as a key member of our senior management team. Working closely with other department heads, you will oversee the financial needs of the business, taking on a strategic role in commercial and business decisions.
In addition to your commercial responsibilities, you will assist the team with month-end duties such as P&L reviews, balance sheet analysis, forecasting, and reporting on company performance for senior management review.
You will be responsible for managing the annual budgeting process, year-end statutory compliance, tax audits, and cost control measures throughout the company.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) and possess excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable leading a dynamic finance function with diverse responsibilities and take initiative in fast-paced environments.
