Job Title: Experienced Engineering Department Administrator
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our progressive multinational company based in Limerick. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Diary management: ensuring a controlled and manageable schedule of meetings
* Online purchases for the engineering team
* Organizing internal and external meetings, preparing relevant documents in advance
* Handling incoming invoices and routing them for approval, responding to invoice queries
* Entering data to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, in compliance with general policies and procedures
* Serving as a liaison with other departments to resolve administrative and operational issues
* Overseeing travel arrangements and accommodations
* Providing high-level administration support to senior management and the engineering team
* Drafting communication documents
* Developing accurate and well-presented reports and presentations using MS Office tools
Requirements
* Prior experience as a senior administrator or executive PA/department administrator is essential
* Experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* A flexible approach to work and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
