* Providing administrative support to property managers and the wider team
* Handling client and tenant queries via phone and email
* Preparing contracts, reports, and other property-related documentation
* Coordinating property viewings and inspections
* Managing databases and ensuring records are kept up to date
* Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general financial administration
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth property operations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in the property sector (advantageous)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
