A leading Irish Mortgage Brokerage firm is looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator as they grow their head account.
This is a great opportunity for a part qualified mortgage administrator to progress their career in mortgage lending.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validating customer information via checklists during the application process
* Assisting customers with the underwriting process
* Managing queries from clients and lenders via email and phone.
* Advise customers on the benefits associated with various mortgage offerings
* Ensure all customer information is updated whilst following GDPR guidelines
* Acting as a brand ambassador for the company
Requirements:
* 1-2 years previous experience in a mortgage administrator role within a brokerage firm
* Proficient in MS office systems
* Must be APA in loans and working towards QFA
* Good customer service and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational skill
* Ability to work to your own initiative with good attention to detail
