The Role of Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of service engineers and coordinators, ensuring that all staff are up-to-date with technical training and best practices.
The Service Manager will also provide technical assistance to the sales team, liaise with customers regarding service contracts and quotations, and strategise and install new equipment installations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* Previous experience as a Medical Engineer or in a similar field;
* A proven track record of managing teams and providing technical guidance;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
