Our Client
Our client is a PE Backed Business that has exciting plans to grow by adding multiple revenue streams. Some projects have begun, while others are in the planning stage. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements will need to be signed before further progress.

Role and Reporting Lines
This is the most senior finance role within the company and will report to the board of directors. Initially, you will be the only person in finance, so the role will include:
Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance
Oversee subsidiary financial account preparation
Group month-end and year-end financial reporting
Group tax compliance (VAT, Excise Duty, Transfer Pricing, Corporation Tax)
Tax planning and structuring
Develop a finance function to enable rapid growth
Financial Planning & Analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Develop financial performance measures supporting strategic direction
Further develop forecasts and models for KPI review
Preparation and presentation of management information packs
Treasury & Cashflow Management
Cashflow projections and management
Maximizing returns on international investments
Working capital management and Capex optimization
Stress testing and contingency funding planning
Corporate Finance & Development
Identification and review of investment opportunities
Financial modeling of new projects
Competitor and market analysis
Due diligence on potential investments and divestments
Risk Management & Operations
Understand and mitigate financial risk
Review and update the internal control framework
Ensure compliance with financial and legal obligations
Complete yearly audits and address auditor’s findings
Build strong teamwork within finance and connected departments
Create operational excellence within finance
Manage relationships with third parties (suppliers, auditors, banks, insurers)
Oversee IT infrastructure management
