(CHI) is leading on the clinical and operational transformation of acute paediatric healthcare and consists of hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street and Tallaght as well as an Urgent Care Centre at Connolly hospital in Blanchardstown.
Description
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this post is to provide administrative support to All-Island Congenital Heart Disease Network with responsibility for wait listing, scheduling, clinic preparation and outgoing, as well as effective management of queries from clinicians and the public. The post holder will be involved in initiatives and quality improvement projects aimed at increasing capacity of the service and required to fulfil other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
Minimum Requirements
* Have at least three years secretarial/administrative experience (two of which should be relevant hospital/healthcare experience)
* Experience of working as part of a team.
* Experience of a busy fast-paced working environment.
* Excellent IT skills – Word/Excel with experience in formatting
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work alone to achieve goals set
* Evidence of customer service skills/experience.
