Administrator - Part-time
We are seeking an Administrator to join a well-established facilities company based in North Dublin.
This is a part-time opportunity of 20 hours per week, with a salary of €31k per annum pro-rata. The initial contract will last for three months, with the possibility of extension.
Duties:
* Place orders for consumables as required.
* Provide high levels of customer service.
* Maintain shared drive folders, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
* Track quotes and approvals.
* Maintain an annual leave tracker.
* Generate reports.
Requirements:
* Minimum one year's experience in a previous role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
