National HR Administrator (Fixed Term contract post for 12-month period from start date - Part-Time, 21 hours per week)
Office based post in WCI Dublin Central Office, Weaver Court, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
This position offers an opportunity to work as part of WCI’s National Team in a feminist community development organisation that supports women’s equality and empowerment both nationally and locally. Employed by the WCI Board of Directors, the HR Administrator will provide comprehensive HR services in supporting the organisational HR and Governance compliance principles of WCI. The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
1. Third level degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a HR Administrator is desirable.
3. Solid understanding of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws in Ireland Strong organisational and administrative skills.
4. Excellent communication and people skills • Ability to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality is essential.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applications.
6. Experience within the not-for-profit sector in a HR Administrator capacity is desirable.
The salary for the post is €35,000 (pro rata)
