Job Overview
The primary function of the Personal Insurance Advisor is to deliver exceptional customer service that drives increased sales and business retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring their experience meets FBD's customer care ethos.
2. Deliver on agreed targets for new business and retention through effective selling and retention skills.
3. Execute policy amendments efficiently, meeting customer expectations and upholding company standards.
4. Optimise opportunities for cross-selling, engaging with customers to maximise business growth within other channels and business units.
5. Handle a significant volume of calls efficiently, achieving call answering objectives for both customers and the organisation.
6. Collaborate with team colleagues to achieve overall targets set.
7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge and information of FBD's Personal Lines and Commercial product range, as well as compliance requirements.
8. Complete relevant industry qualifications as appropriate.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Relevant third-level qualification.
* Candidate should possess strong customer-focused skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Previous sales or customer service experience.
* Proactive, energetic approach and positive outlook.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
