We are currently seeking a talented Operations Engineer to join our award-winning Pharmaceutical organization in Tipperary.

Key Responsibilities
1. The Operations Engineer will provide day-to-day engineering support to the B-Con OSD Operations Team, bringing energy, knowledge, and innovation to the role.
2. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and approving all SOPs/SWIs for B-Con OSD Operations.
3. They will serve as operations representative on Commissioning and Qualification of Continuous Manufacturing Module in B-Con OSD.
4. The Operations Engineer will also ensure containment verification steps are aligned with operations procedures as part of the Containment Verification Team for B-Con OSD.
5. They will develop necessary training programs for B-Con OSD Operations through membership of the Potent Training Team.
6. The incumbent will complete all safety permitting approvals for High-Risk work in B-Con OSD during Operations start-up.
7. They will be responsible for the development of HECPs for B-Con OSD equipment.
8. The Operations Engineer will develop all safety risk assessments for B-Con OSD Operations.
9. They will deploy fit-for-purpose and stage-appropriate MPS in B-Con OSD, establishing foundational structures from start-up.
10. The incumbent will develop the B-Con OSD MPS roadmap and measure deployment versus target.
11. They will provide technical/operational expertise on continuous improvement projects.
12. The Operations Engineer will ensure GMP compliance, completing factory walkdowns and activities required for B-Con OSD Licensing.
Requirements
1. A Third Level qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science discipline OR relevant Manufacturing Formulation experience, preferably in potent formulation.
2. Minimum 5 years industrial experience.
3. Lean Six Sigma Certification is an advantage.
4. SAP/MES knowledge/experience.
5. Project Management is not essential.
