The Role
This key position involves responsibility for managing your own portfolio of programs and students.
Main tasks include:
* Daily communication via phone and email with stakeholders including international partners schools host families and activity camp organizers
* Recruiting host families and selecting those suitable for student placement
* Talking to families to find a good match between student and family needs
* Offering support and solutions for students and host families
* Cooperating with colleagues to ensure seamless information exchange
The Ideal Candidate
