Job Title: Front Office Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy hotel reception and reservations department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience upon check-in, departure, and during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of reception/reservations staff in a 4*/5* hotel environment
* Oversee everyday operations in a hospitality setting with a focus on front office management
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintain accurate records and reports using Hotel booking engines and CRMS
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as Front Office Manager in a similar role
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team in a fast-paced hotel environment
* Commercially and customer-focused with attention to detail
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and time management skills
Package Offer:
* Competitive salary between €40,000 - €50,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications
