Temp Recruitment and Admissions Officer My client is a prestigious educational institution based in Dublin 8 who are seeking to hire a temporary officer to join a team on a 6-month contract starting in the new year. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the student recruitment and admissions process, offering a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a hybrid working role with approximately 3-days per week onsite. Key Responsibilities Respond to queries from prospective undergraduate and postgraduate EU and International students. Represent the company at careers fairs, exhibitions, and school talks. Assist in organising Open Days and information sessions for prospective applicants. Support the portfolio submission process and communicate results to applicants. Process applications and liaise with academic departments on offers. Update the website and other informational resources related to student recruitment and admissions. Provide administrative support across various service areas including registrations and student records. Requirements Minimum of two years administrative experience, preferably within student recruitment and admissions services at a third-level institution. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Proven ability to work effectively within a team in a busy environment. Excellent MS Office skills. High standard of administration, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Availability for some evening and very occasional Saturday work. Level 6 or higher on the NFQ or equivalent professional experience or qualification.
