My client, a leading provider for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in the UK and Ireland are hiring a Quality and Accounts Technician.
Hybrid role based in South Dublin
Roles and Responsibility
·Accounts up to and including Trial Balance
·Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Directors and the Responsible Person
·Ensure familiarity with GDP and the Quality Management System
·Assist with product and supplier set up, stock orders, documentation, and deliveries.
·Assist with courier/freight quotes for potential shipments and related customs.
·Monitor/preparation of Tenders for online submission.
·Project Management of initiatives from time to time
·Other ad hoc duties as required.
Authority
·Receipt and documentation of complaints for onward transmission to the Financial Controller and Responsible Person
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
·Strong accounts experience (AITI or Part Qualified Accountant)
·Proven experience in financial control up to and including trial balance.
·Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
·Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
·Excellence in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
·Excellent time management and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work and multitask.
·Diligence and critical thinking skills.
·Knowledge of Pharma and Medical Device sector desirable but not essential
Experience in or with Quality Management Systems of benefit.
