Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager for our clients, a leading home improvements chain in Tralee, County Kerry.
You will come from a retail background and will be required to support the Store Manager in all operations of business and to assist customers in selecting the correct products for their tasks. This is a permanent position, based in Tralee, County Kerry.
Requirements:
* 3+ years’ experience in a retail supervisory/management role with a proven track record, preferably within a Paint/DIY/Hardware or similar environment.
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to building relationships with the customers, team and key stakeholders.
* Strong people skills and an aptitude for problem solving.
What’s On Offer:
* A salary in the region of €32 – €36,000.
