Job Title: Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management, driving initiatives to foster a positive work environment and support company objectives.
The Role:
1. Develop and drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives in collaboration with the Programme and People Director.
2. Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
3. Collaborate with the leadership team to support business performance as a member of the operations team.
4. Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment and retention strategies.
5. Provide timely and accurate HR advice and support to management and staff on employee relations and staff training.
6. Develop performance management systems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development.
7. Assist managers in conducting regular performance reviews with employees.
8. Design and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
9. Address employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures promptly and effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
10. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, and ensure accurate HR records and documentation.
11. Oversee updates to employee handbooks and staff communications.
12. Ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines for monthly payroll processing.
