Alternative Assets Trade Order Placement comprises of four departments: Fund of Hedge Fund, Fund Order Connect, Transitions New Business & Power of Attorney. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented partner to join our GFOP operations team. This role is instrumental in managing the completion of fund documentation for target funds, monitoring trade orders for daily European mutual funds, and ensuring accurate fund order routing through our sub-custodian. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively partner with client servicing teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency, Resiliency, and Productivity:
* Complete assigned workload within SLAs as outlined in relevant SLDs.
* No ASLs as a result of non-adherence to procedures.
* Prioritize workload on a daily basis.
* Escalate to leadership in a timely manner if timelines and deadlines cannot be met.
* Manage and monitor work queues on a continuous basis and assign work to partners as required.
* Maintain high levels of operational efficiency by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and maximizing resource utilization.
Deliver and Manage Client Expectations:
* Action all assigned emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Communicate clearly and provide accurate resolutions to client queries.
* Escalate client concerns with leadership in a timely manner.
* Complete NTU course on effective business writing and email etiquette.
* Hold clients and stakeholders accountable by adhering to the controls and procedures in place across GFOP.
* Act as the first level of escalation for Analyst Partners, assist with queries and email management.
* Build a network of relationships across all areas of the company.
* Collaborate and partner with client servicing teams to investigate and close out client escalations.
Scalability and Continuous Process Improvement:
* Seek out non-value-added processes across GFOP.
* Challenge the status quo by adapting a continuous improvement mindset and identifying at least one process that can be improved within GFOP.
* Work with partners to implement process improvements throughout the year.
* Drive change in an efficient and scalable manner throughout the year through open communication and brainstorming sessions.
Training and Development:
* Seek out and identify training gaps across GFOP.
* Facilitate training sessions on a regular basis both remotely and in person.
* Support senior partners with the build and maintenance of the GFOP procedural database.
Skills/Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
* Experience in securities operations/security transactions and/or a fund administration environment would be an advantage.
* Strong organization and time management skills.
* Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels.
* Ability to multitask under pressure and strong attention to detail.
* Knowledge of KYC, AML, and compliance regulation.
* Excellent MS Excel/Word skills.
* Knowledge of SWIFT/Wire payments and receipts.
