We are seeking a part-time Compliance and Audit Manager to take on a vital and client-facing role in establishing and maintaining our compliance framework. This position is ideal for an experienced professional in audit or financial reporting who wants to leverage their expertise in an advisory capacity while contributing to the foundation of an exciting, high-growth business.
Role Summary:
As Compliance and Audit Manager, you will lead efforts to design and implement compliance and reporting processes relating to sustainability reporting such as GHG Inventory and CSRD. In this client-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing clear and practical guidance to both internal stakeholders and external clients on regulatory compliance and best practices. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with audit or financial reporting experience to apply their skills in a strategic and impactful capacity.

Professional Experience:
* Extensive experience in financial audit, compliance, or reporting, with a track record of providing advisory or consulting services to clients.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards such as IFRS, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), or similar.
* Proven ability to assess organizational reporting capabilities and design tailored processes and frameworks.
Key Skills:
* Client Advisory Expertise: Adept at engaging with clients to understand their current reporting capabilities, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions.
* Process Design: Skilled in partnering with clients to develop customized processes, policies, and reporting systems that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse client teams and effectively communicate complex concepts.
* Technical Acumen: Proficient in leveraging technology and tools to optimize reporting and compliance processes for clients. Advanced experience using the Microsoft Suite of products.
