The PK/PD Operations Team will work to streamline, manage, and oversee departmental deliverables.As a Senior Associate/Associate IT Systems Support and Automation PK/PD, you will be critical in supporting the IT systems for Global Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) and Pharmacometrics Department at Lilly. You will work closely with PK/PD scientists and Lilly IT to maintain computer systems, provide support, ensure data security, and seek opportunities for process improvements.We seek dynamic, energetic, curious, and collaborative data scientists, project managers, or clinical operations specialists with a passion for operations, ready to engage and work on life-changing therapies for patients. Consider joining Team Lilly in Cork to contribute to Lilly’s drug discovery and development efforts.Primary Responsibilities:PK/PD System Validation: Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain computer system validation documentation, assist in performing informal system testing, define validation strategyPK/PD System Support: Assist in troubleshooting system issues, liaise with IT and application support teams to resolve issues, develop job aids for PK/PD systemsPK/PD License management: Coordinate with IT procurement, software vendors, and application support teams to ensure annual renewals are completed to avoid service interruptionsPK/PD Data Security: Follow department procedures to create and maintain security groups, manage permissions for data repositories, and perform access reviews PK/PD Automation: develop automation tools for data processing, visualization and analysis workflows to increase efficiency between availability of data and creation of final reportBasic Requirements:BSc or MS in relevant computer science, information technologies and information systems, software engineering.Additional preferred criteriaWorking knowledge of programming and statistical languages.Working experience with industry, regulatory, consulting, or academia.Proven ability to work independently and agility to learn new systems, programming languages within an evolving fast-paced environment.Experience in computer systems, system administration, and/or network administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
