About the Role

* Tracking and planning operatives, surveyors, and workstreams through effective diary management.
* Logging new instructions from emails into multiple systems and interacting with client portals as part of job instruction management.
* Demonstrating strong and effective communication skills in all customer interactions.
* Monitoring key performance indicators and service level agreements for KPI and SLA tracking and follow-up.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records as part of record keeping.
* Collaborating with tradespeople, suppliers, surveyors, and subcontractors.
* Liaising with surveyors, trades, and insurance companies to ensure timely and effective communication for seamless operations.
