As a Business Development Manager at Solgrid, you will play a crucial role in our sales force, responsible for engaging commercial customers, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify Potential Clients: Use research and networking to identify potential clients and present our bespoke Solar PV services professionally and persuasively.
* Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining seamless communication throughout the sales process. Nurture strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
* Event & Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry incentives and regulations to offer valuable insights to clients. Proactively identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
* Collaboration: Provide weekly lead updates and collaborate closely with sales & marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project completion.
* Proposal Development: Deliver proposals and pitches that sell the company's ethos of delivering bespoke solar solutions to meet clients' unique needs without compromising quality, return on investment, and safety.
Key Attributes:
* Proven Success: Experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Determination: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of lead qualification, client engagement, and outbound business development strategies.
