We are currently seeking a skilled Service Administrator to support our client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document customer inquiry information within systems.
* Provide quotations and resolve customer issues using process knowledge.
* Elevate complex issues and contribute to improvement projects.
* Plan scheduled and unscheduled service events, including field engineer scheduling.
* Build partnerships and collaborate to meet objectives.
* Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
* Offer technical support to staff, customers, and dealers.
* Foster strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in aftermarket customer support (desired).
* Industry knowledge in Electromechanical Equipment repair and maintenance (desired).
* Computer literacy.
* Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Ability to work under pressure with self-motivation.
