Our client, a thriving manufacturing company based in Dublin 17, is on the lookout for a hands-on HR Manager to take ownership of all aspects of Human Resources across their fast-paced site.

What You'll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end HR function from recruitment and onboarding to contracts, compliance, and employee relations.
Be the go-to person for all HR queries, employee concerns, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
Ensure smooth running of payroll and maintain all records Partner with Supervisors and Directors on workforce planning, rotas, training, and performance management.
Support union negotiations and prepare for ethical audits.
Maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures with a strong eye for detail and compliance.
Work closely with an external HR consultant for expert support and guidance.
What Were Looking For: Proven HR experience (HR Officer/Administrator level or above).
A people-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong ethics, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Sage Payroll experience is a plus (training provided).
Third-level qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing or similar operational environment is desirable.
